Regional finals are scheduled around the term dates of the relevant LEA. We cannot guarantee that all dates will also suit schools travelling from other regions or whose term dates differ from those of their LEA.
Schools will be eligible for a refund of their £30 entry fee provided we receive at least one month's notice prior to the date of the Regional Final from which they wish to withdraw.
Late withdrawals and schools which fail to show up on the day of their event will still be required to pay for their place (to cover the costs already incurred).
